Cancellation Policy

28 days notice of cancellation is asked for on all reservations of 3 or more rooms and for all "Special Event Programmes".

14 days is asked for on all other bookings. A cancellation after the agreed period of notice will be charged in full, if the room is not re-let. 
However, if the room is re-let, we reserve the right to make an administrative charge of £30.00 per room per night. 
Please ensure your travel insurance covers late cancellations in the UK. Through the British Hospitality Association we are able to recommend the name of a reputable company that can help you.
